How it works
Your sponsor secures your IMTA and KITAS first. Then each dependent gets a visa approval letter (Telex) to collect their visa at an embassy or, for some nationalities, on arrival.
In Bali every family member completes biometrics before the KITAS cards and MERPs are issued.
Yes. As the primary work visa holder you can sponsor your legal spouse and unmarried children under 18 for their own dependent KITAS, valid for the duration of your work visa.
The C317 Dependent KITAS, issued to the spouse and children of a work visa holder such as a C312 KITAS. It allows family to live in Bali but not to work.
Both passports (18+ months valid), your Work KITAS and IMTA, a translated marriage certificate, a family card if applicable, passport photos and a sponsorship letter from your company.
Generally 4 to 8 weeks from submitting all documents to receiving the physical KITAS cards. Your own work visa is processed first.
